Wow. Jon Stewart has transformed himself from a comedian who made jokes about politics to someone who is a powerful voice in politics.  He recently led a fight to get the “Honoring our PACT Act” passed through Congress, to significantly improve healthcare access and funding for veterans who were exposed to toxic substances during military service.

So.. he used his knowledge of history, government, and politics, and his voice – to effect real change.
