Thank you to everyone who took the time to send a vote in for me. I appreciate it.

I have been busy trying to get up to speed, and have taken on the added responsibility of being the secretary for the organization.

One of my duties is to take minutes.  I made myself a template, and take my notes by hand while the meeting is going on, then type them up within the next day or two. It is time-consuming since a lot can get discussed in a one-hour meeting.

Grammarly’s blog has a good article( link here) on how to write minutes, there is an art to it, for sure.
