I am running for a position on the Board of Trustees of the Eaglehead Cove Condominium Trust.  If you are a unit owner, I would appreciate your vote.

Who?

My husband Lenny & I have lived at Eaglehead since 2004, and I have been an owner since 2007. We moved to Shrewsbury to be able to row on Lake Quinsigamond.  We had our wedding reception in the clubhouse. Lenny still rows on the lake – I have taken up horseback riding as my preferred sport.

I am a website developer, creating and upgrading websites for small businesses.  I am a Toastmaster, which helps my public speaking and communication skills. Why?

Our common property needs improvement.  I would like to work toward creating Better Shared Environment.

When the common area is in better condition, each of our units is worth more.  So that’s great for someone who wants to sell.  But even more importantly,  if the entryways, the clubhouse, the grounds, and the pool are in better condition, it would simply be a more pleasant place to live.

Better common areas = a better quality of life.

How?

• Active Listening –  We need board members that are willing to listen. Please call me, email, or text.
• Greater Transparency & Better Communication –We should be able to get our questions answered in a timely manner.
• Proactive Planning – We need more planning, so we get more for our condo fees. Better planning, and more efficient maintenance results in less money wasted on emergencies.
