I am running for a position on the Board of Trustees of Eaglehead Cove Condominium Trust. I have been serving as a trustee since July of 2022, and as Treasurer since Jan of 2023. If you are a unit owner, I would appreciate your vote.
Who?
My husband Lenny & I have lived at Eaglehead since 2004, and I have been an owner since 2007.
I am a website developer, creating and upgrading websites for small businesses. I am a Toastmaster, which helps my public speaking and communication skills. Why?
Our common property needs improvement. I am focused on working toward creating Better Shared Environment.
When the common area is in better condition, each of our units is worth more. So that’s great for someone who wants to sell. But even more importantly, if the entryways, the clubhouse, the grounds, and the pool are in better condition, it would simply be a more pleasant place to live.
Better common areas = a better quality of life.
How?
- Active Listening – We need board members that are willing to listen. Please call me, email, or text about any issue regarding Eaglehead.
- Greater Transparency & Better Communication –We should be able to get our questions answered in a timely manner.
- Proactive Planning – We need more planning, so we get more for our condo fees. Better planning, and more efficient maintenance results in less money wasted on emergencies.
